These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mudiri Digi platform operated by Mudiri Digi ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Mudiri Digi is a cloud-based restaurant operating system for restaurants and cafes. The service includes POS, kitchen display, QR guest ordering, menu management, multi-branch tools, and reporting.

Free and paid plans include different limits and modules. Exact limits are shown on the pricing page and in your billing settings. Upgrade to unlock additional staff, products, branches, and modules.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Mudiri Digi (menu items, orders, staff information, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your business data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service outages or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mudiri Digi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Mudiri Digi's place of business in Cairo, Egypt, unless a mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
